LGBTQ-Friendly, Person Focused Counseling

We are an autistic, queer-affirming practice focusing on trauma-informed therapy. We believe that every person has internal awareness of their identity, values, and goals. Our practice approaches therapy with curiosity and support as we assist clients on their journey. As your therapist, our role is to provide the space and ask questions to help uncover your authentic self.

Specialty practice areas include autistic adults, trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, we are experienced with a broad range of mental health symptoms and diagnoses.

Our Therapy Approach

Our founder’s lived experience as a queer, trans, autistic person allows us to recognize the unique intersection of autism and mental health symptoms related to trauma, depression, and anxiety.

We believe that autism is a natural neurological variation and do not seek a cure. Instead, our autistic-focused therapy can help you reduce symptoms of trauma, burnout, depression, and anxiety. Developing an internal sense of safety is essential to our practice. We use treatment methods like somatic therapy, harm reduction, and partner with ketamine infusion providers and other members of your care team to ensure that you are receiving the best care.

Together, we will develop the systems to help you thrive.
